When possible, please give at least 24 hours notice when canceling an appointment. Anyone who gives LESS THAN 24 hours notice, or is a NO CALL NO SHOW is subject to a charge of up to 50% of the cost of the service. Clients who booked through Groupon who cancel LESS THAN 24 hours in advance or NO CALL NO SHOW forfeit their appointment and future use of their voucher and will be charged 50% of their service fee to their card on file, and will have to contact Groupon for a refund on their voucher. If you’re taking a CEU, please give at least 7 days notice, when possible. CEU deposits are non refundable and non transferable.
